We are Pause, one of the largest Breathwork Education companies in the world.
Over the last decade, we have certified hundreds of Breathwork Facilitators and Coaches, and brought breathwork and Health & Wellness coaching to thousands of people around the world.
As the first point of contact, you oversee all Client Support functions for Pause, both internal & external.
In this customer-facing role, you are someone who interacts with our clients (prospective, customers, students and alums) on a daily basis, providing them with timely, accurate, relevant and warm-hearted experiences using whatever communication method they choose to use.
You are a customer service ninja, with skills that will be talked about at dinner parties. You take full ownership of the role, are an excellent communicator (read: client-whisperer), and really really love dealing with people. This role is best suited to someone who is experienced and comfortable with various forms of technology.
Job Details:
~ 20h/week (Part-Time)

– You may be asked to support during some evenings and weekends occasionally for promotional events
– Willing to work in US Timezone(s)
– Salary is commensurate with experience
Your recurring tasks will include, but are not limited to:
– Manage all incoming support requests from receipt to resolution
– Manage all Client-facing communication channels
– Support Social Media Management activities, including monitoring, posting, and interacting with our prospects and customers
– Supporting questions and requests related to the Pause Breathwork App
– Occasionally supporting live events, whether onsite or remotely
