Pause Breathwork is one of the largest Breathwork Education companies in the world. Over the last decade, we have certified thousands of Breathwork Facilitators and Coaches and brought breathwork and Health & Wellness coaching to people across the globe. Our mission is simple: make emotional suffering optional and wake the world up to the power of breathwork.
We’re scaling fast and we’re building our sales team with intention.
We’re looking for one exceptional person, a seasoned Sales Closer and Social Seller who can do it all. This isn’t a team of two. This is one high-performing individual who owns the full sales journey: from sparking conversations in the DMs to closing deals on the phone.
You’ll report directly to the founder and be the driving engine behind our revenue growth. If you’ve done this before, love connecting with people, and are ready to sell something that genuinely changes lives, keep reading.
Your earning potential is directly tied to your results and there’s no ceiling on what you can make. If you back yourself and you’re built for this, the income opportunity here is significant.
You’ll need to be prepared to build your pipeline for 90 days before you reach your desired level of earning.
You own the full sales cycle from first conversation to closed deal. Your days will look like this:
Social Selling & DM Outreach: You’re active and responsive in our DMs (primarily Instagram). You engage warm and cold leads, generate real conversations, and create the kind of connection that makes people want to take the next step.
Pipeline Generation: You identify interested prospects and move them forward either by sending them directly to the application/checkout page or booking a call with yourself to close.
Closing Calls: You conduct your own high-ticket sales calls. You understand buyer psychology, handle objections with care, and guide people to a confident yes — without pressure.
Revio & CRM Management: You use Revio to process transactions smoothly and keep your pipeline clean and organized. You own your numbers and your follow-through.
Revenue Goal: You’re accountable to closing 14 deals per month, hitting the $280K monthly target. You know what it takes to get there and you manage your activity accordingly.
Team Contribution: You report directly to the founder and bring insights from the frontlines — what’s working, what’s not, and how to improve.
