Pause Breathwork is one of the largest Breathwork Education companies in the world. Over the last decade, we have certified thousands of Breathwork Facilitators and Coaches and brought breathwork and Health & Wellness coaching to people across the globe. Our mission is simple: make emotional suffering optional and wake the world up to the power of breathwork.
We’re scaling fast and we’re building our sales team with intention.
We’re looking for one exceptional person… a hungry, resilient Sales Development Representative who lives in the DMs and knows how to turn conversations into booked appointments.
You’ll spend your days inside the founder’s Instagram DMs, sparking real conversations, building genuine relationships, and moving interested people toward a booked call. You are the front line of our revenue engine and the first human touchpoint in someone’s transformation journey.
You’ll report directly to the founder. If you’ve done this before, love connecting with people, and are ready to represent something that genuinely changes lives, keep reading.

You know that it takes at least 90 days to fill your pipeline and start generating the income you want… and you have the runway to do so. This role rewards the person who plays the long game.
You own the top of the sales cycle, from first conversation to booked appointment. Your days will look like this:

Samantha has made it her life’s mission to teach people to empower themselves through the breath so they can thrive and increase their quality of life through breathwork and coaching.
After her own deeply transformational journey, in 2018, Samantha launched Pause with the mission to decrease suffering and increase human consciousness through the power of breathwork & coaching. Pause trains and certifies people to become masterful breathwork facilitators & wellness coaches.
Samantha’s desire to mainstream breathwork and provide humanity with accessible and affordable healing led her to launch her mobile app ‘Pause Breathwork’ where thousands of people worldwide use her technology to clear stress using their breath.
Samantha has taught breathwork to nearly 250,000 people worldwide and has trained and certified hundreds of people around the world in her methods.

We want them to say ‘wow, they really have thought of everything’, as they interact with our training programs and mobile app. We are constantly surveying our students and enhancing the experience based on their feedback.
