  • You have 5+ years of high-ticket sales experience (not selling $200 coaching packages—real sales).

THE VISION FOR THIS ROLE

As a Sales Development Representative at Pause, you will be a powerful driver of our global impact. You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying aligned leads, creating connection, building trust, and supporting our clients in taking the next step in their transformation journey.

You’ll work closely with our core sales team, and you’ll be at the frontlines of spreading breathwork and somatic healing into the hands of those who need it most.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and qualify aligned leads across multiple platforms

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and outreach to build authentic relationships

Build trust with prospects and get them booked for enrollment calls

Collaborate with closers to ensure a clean handoff and clear communication

Track all outreach, lead quality, and pipeline progress in our CRM

Optimize your strategy, test new angles, and bring ideas to the table

Hit performance KPIs every single week — and exceed them regularly

Compensation

Performance Based​

You’ll be paid based on the results you create — and there’s no cap.

Samantha Skelly is the founder and CEO of Pause Breathwork. She’s a keynote speaker, bestselling author, and trailblazer in the healing and personal development space. Her mission is to end emotional suffering on the planet and help people come alive through the breath. Pause was born out of her personal transformation and has since become a global movement.
