Breathwork for Manifestation

Your breath is one of the most powerful ways to connect your mind, body, and heart. And in this state, you shift your energy to a higher vibration. The deeper you breathe, the more your mind relaxes, and the closer you are to truth. Breathwork for manifestation is a matter of connecting with your highest vision and continuing to realign yourself to that reality. 

Your Vision

Each of us has a purpose, a vision. And all it takes to manifest that reality is by allowing, not resisting, the flow. When you’re in the flow, you are in a state of ease with the universe as you align with the energy that will bring you what you want.

I’ve talked a lot about how breathwork shifts your energy states, and breathwork for manifestation is no different. It also opens your channels for receiving and releasing. Throughout your days, weeks, months, and years you store up so much energy. Positive energy, pent up energy, negative energy, energy that isn’t even yours, or even energy from the planetary shifts.

Everything is shifting and moving energy around you, and those energies usually find places they like to stick to. For instance, that heaviness in your heart? Perhaps its energy from past events that you haven’t processed? Or maybe you have all of this energy in your legs, perhaps it’s natural energy that just needs to be moved and relocated to other parts of the body, or released from the body completely. 

Breathwork for manifestation 

Breathwork for manifestation works in this way, conscious breathing opens your channels and allows you to connect with your vision. Your alignment with that vision is strengthened when you are in an open and receiving state of being, which breathwork supports you in achieving. 

Breathing deeply gives you direct access to your subconscious and here is where you can program any desire you wish to have. Breath is the point at which intuition meets reality, and in this space is where you can create change.

The breath can be used for so many things. From changing our energy level to boosting our mood, overcoming stress, and using breathwork for manifestation. Breathwork drops you down right into your body. It takes you out of your mind & into the present moment (where life actually exists). Our breath is directly connected to our power to manifest exactly what we want. When we are in a state in which we are aligned with the energy of presence — in this energy is where everything and anything can happen.

Activating the positive, present state that breathwork for manifestation induces calls for your external world to rise up and meet it. This is how you use your breath to create your world. And this is how you shift your mindset to one that reflects what you actually want.

Breathwork may not be for you if you have the following conditions:

  • Pregnancy
  • Detached Retina
  • Glaucoma
  • High Blood Pressure (not controlled with medication)
  • ​Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke.
  • ​Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
  • Uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes
  • Asthma – if the client is asthmatic, ask them to bring their inhaler to the session.
  • Epilepsy
  • ​Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition.
  • ​Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years.
  • ​Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release.
