This week I emailed literally everyone on our list because sometimes when we offer things on socials and you guys opt in you don’t receive our emails and it’s because for some reason or another people are shown as being “unsubscribed”.

Basically I wanted to make sure that those of you who want to stay in the know do, and those of you who would rather not, don’t.

The entrepreneurial journey can be challenging, I know this deep in my bones, as many of you know Pause Breathwork is not my first business.

Collapsing timelines, access to aligned mentorship and a supportive community have always been at the heart of success.

I dunno if it’s the magic of my wedding year, or the refinement of Pause’s leadership team, but the changes I’ve been calling in are happening and it’s initiating some potent ‘Pause and Reflect’ moments.

It feels like the end of an era. My maiden years are fading, my business and I are evolving.
