How to Help Your Clients Increase Energy & Productivity Naturally

Do you have clients that are tired of feeling sluggish and unproductive during their day? Do they feel like they’re always mentally exhausted and running on empty? Well, have no fear because breathwork is here! In this blog, we’ll explore how breathwork can help your clients increase their energy levels and maximize their productivity naturally.

So let’s jump right in…

Why Breathwork Works to Maximize Productivity & Increase Energy

Breathwork is an amazing technique that can increase your energetic set point in your body and recharge you like a battery pack. Most of us only breathe enough to survive, but when we breathe to thrive, we allow more oxygen to come in and out of our bodies, energizing us and giving us the power to do more. The more oxygen we have, the stronger our energy pumps.

The Benefits of Raising Energy Levels Naturally Using Breathwork

When your clients raise their energetic set point naturally with breathwork, they will experience an increase in physical and mental energy. Their body will become a powerhouse that can handle any challenge that comes its way. They’ll be able to stay focused and productive for longer periods of time, get more done in less time, feel more creative and inspired, and have the energy they need to tackle their daily tasks. Not only that, but they’ll be able to handle stress and anxiety better, and they’ll even have more resilience when it comes to bouncing back after setbacks.

Breathwork in Coaching: A Hack for Clients Who Are Stuck in Lethargy

As a coach, it can be frustrating when our clients are feeling lethargic, unresponsive, exhausted, or stuck in a creative rut. It can be even more challenging with nothing you’ve tried that has seemed to help. But with breathwork, you can help them get out of their lethargy and into a productive flow state with ease.

Breathwork helps break them out of their mental cages and tap into their body’s intelligence system. When we’re in our bodies, we have access to a different type of energy and productivity that is deeply impactful on our work and relationships.

Signs it’s time to try breathwork with your clients to increase their energy:

– They have low energy levels and feel exhausted

– They always feel like they are running on empty (and traditional “self-care” isn’t working)

– They have difficulty concentrating

– They feel overwhelmed or sluggish

– They get easily frustrated

– They feel unmotivated, apathetic

– They are resistant to taking action

– They feel anxious and stressed

– They get “stuck” often in sessions

– They don’t seem present

– They feel collapsed energetically or depressed

– It’s hard to soften their walls

– They keep repeating patterns & habits that they know drain them

Do any of these signs sound familiar? Maybe you have clients right now that fit the bill. Well don’t worry boo, I’m not gonna leave ya hangin’. Here’s a simple breathwork technique you can use with your clients today to increase their energy and productivity…

The Bliss Breath: A Simple Breathwork Technique to Increase Energy & Productivity

One of the best breathwork techniques to increase energy naturally is called “The Bliss Breath.” It’s my go-to when I’ve been staring at a screen for too long and I noticed myself up in my head, feeling pressured to go, go, go and get stuff done… all the while feeling like I’m trying to run a marathon with a broken leg and unable to muster the energy to get anything done effectively.

First things, first… I shut the laptop and get my feet on the ground. Going outside definitely helps.

Then I practice the “Bliss Breath” (which I’m gonna teach you how to do in a sec). The Bliss Breath helps me clear my mind, open my heart, and align my energy centers. It’s the reset I need to recharge my nervous system and make me feel superhuman.

After this practice, it’s common to see productivity and energy go through the roof with ease. It’s something that you can add to your sessions immediately so that they’re ultimately more productive, impactful, and transformational.

How to do the Bliss Breath to Increase Energy

All right, so here’s what we’re gonna do…

We’re going to use only our noses for this exercise and it’s super easy. Here’s how you do it:

  1. Find a comfortable seated position, either in a chair or on the ground.
  2. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose.
  3. Hold at the top for a moment.
  4. Relax your shoulders and let the breath out through your mouth.
  5. Now, breathe in and out through your nose, taking deep breaths and feeling the breath move through your body.
  6. As you breathe in, imagine you’re filling your body with energy. As you exhale, release any tension or negativity from your body.
  7. Feel yourself being held by the chair or ground beneath you and feel the energy in every single cell of your body.
  8. When you’re ready, open your eyes and come back to the space.
  9. Take a moment to feel the contrast in such a short amount of time. Notice the amount of energy, potency, love, and excitement that’s in your body now.

See how easy that was? The bliss breath is a simple but powerful tool to recharge your nervous system and increase your productivity. Try using it in your coaching sessions or during your workday to give yourself a little boost.
